One Way International staff members include both volunteer and paid staff. OWI is a faith based ministry and relies wholly on the support of individuals, churches, groups, foundations, etc. for the support of its work and workers. Volunteers and paid staff are invaluable to our ministry and we appreciate short term and long term staff.
