Please pray for staff, students, and families as they rest, relax, and enjoy Spring Break, March 10-14.
Pray also for the remaining weeks of school this year. Students are busy learning Scripture verses and Old Testament books of the Bible in Kids Club. Many will earn Bibles for their efforts. Ten students are on their way to earning perfect attendance awards and two students will be receiving plaques for attending Kids Club from second through fifth grades. Several students are interested in attending His Hill Ranch Camp in Comfort, Texas this June. Pray that their parents will be willing for them to go.
Please pray for one of our Teen Time girls. Her name is Keyhla. We have known her since second grade. She has now graduated from high school and is working but still attends Teen Time. Last Saturday evening, her boyfriend was working at a construction site. A drunk driver drove through a fence barrier and ran over him crushing his pelvis and leg. He is in the hospital and going through surgery/surgeries. It is estimated that he will be in the hospital for two months followed by physical therapy to learn to walk again. Pray for Johnny’s recovery, Keyhla as she encourages him through the process, and for his spiritual well-being.
I had the wonderful opportunity to do two chapels at The Christian School at Castle Hills at the end of February. I shared with them how they can share the Good News to others using the simple colors of the Wordless book. Each of the over 300 students received a hand-made wordless book, bracelet, and bookmark as tools to help them share their faith. Please pray that they will indeed use the tools given to them to tell someone/s about the good news of God’s love, the bad news of their sin, the good news of forgiveness of sin through Christ’s death on the cross, and the best news of the gift of eternal life in heaven when they believe in Jesus as their Savior.
Thank you for your prayers and financial support providing for the continuation of this ministry.
